GOODLYVERSE LLC
Version 1.1 | Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. Identity and contact
The website is owned by GOODLYVERSE LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, EIN 43-2250414. For questions about the website, services or this information, contact administracion@goodlyverse.com.
2. Website and services
Goodlyverse presents content, link building, SEO, public relations, media and performance services. The website provides commercial and informational content. An inquiry or visit does not constitute a contract. The scope, price, currency, deliverables, timelines, taxes and conditions of each service are established in the proposal and its written acceptance.
Client purchases of publications and services from the Goodlyverse catalog are governed by the Catalog terms and conditions and the order confirmation or accepted proposal. Those terms address availability, delivery, cancellations, issues and refunds. This notice governs use of the website and the processing of personal data.
3. Website use and intellectual property
Users must use the website lawfully, without interfering with its operation, attempting to access other people's information, or introducing misleading or malicious content. Texts, designs, trademarks and other materials belong to their respective owners; viewing them does not grant rights to reproduce or exploit them beyond what applicable law or authorization permits.
External links provide references or access to third-party services. Goodlyverse does not control their content or privacy practices. References to brands or media outlets do not imply a contractual relationship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
4. Commercial information, results and changes
The results of content, advertising and search optimization activities depend on external factors. No search ranking, traffic volume, conversions or sales are guaranteed unless specifically committed to in writing. Each proposal must identify the agreed deliverables and performance criteria.
Updates to the website or this document will be identified by date. They do not retroactively change accepted contracts or rights under applicable law. Issues should be reported to the contact email, identifying the service or agreement reference to facilitate review.
5. Data controller and privacy scope
GOODLYVERSE LLC is the controller of the data it receives and uses for its own inquiries and business relationships. This information covers visitors, contacts, clients and suppliers to the extent that Goodlyverse processes their data. Processing carried out exclusively by third parties on their own websites is governed by their notices.
6. Data and purposes
When you contact us through the form or by email, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, company, email and inquiry. In a business relationship, we may also receive your job title, telephone number, tax details, invoices, payment references and materials needed to provide the service. Do not send passwords, full card details or sensitive information that is not necessary.
We use this data to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate services and publications, manage billing and payments, comply with applicable obligations and address issues. Communications necessary for an order form part of its management. You may ask to stop receiving promotional communications by writing to the contact identified in this notice; this does not prevent communications necessary for an ongoing contract.
Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent where required, or relevant legitimate interests, such as security and handling claims. Browsing alone does not constitute consent to all processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
7. Recipients and international operations
To conduct our business, we may use hosting and infrastructure, email and document management, accounting and payment processing providers. These services receive the data necessary for their function. We may also share with media outlets and collaborators the materials and data necessary to carry out a contracted publication, and with authorities where legally required. Materials approved for publication will be publicly accessible as agreed. Providers that process data for their own purposes explain this in their respective notices.
Goodlyverse is based in the United States. Providing services and using technology providers may involve processing data in the United States and other countries whose data protection rules may differ from those of your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must use the appropriate mechanism. You may request information about the processing of your data and applicable safeguards through the privacy contact in this notice.
8. Retention, security and requests
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the inquiry or business relationship and, subsequently, for the periods required by legal and tax obligations or needed to handle claims. In determining that period, we consider the purpose, type of documentation, duration of the relationship and applicable statutory periods. Once no longer needed, data should be deleted or anonymized, unless a retention obligation applies.
No Internet transmission or storage system offers absolute security. If you detect possible unauthorized access, suspicious communications or an issue involving your data, notify the privacy contact. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in your message.
For personal data requests, write to administracion@goodlyverse.com, describing your request and providing a way to contact you. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent where appropriate. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests will be handled within the applicable legal period; if a request cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, we will explain the reasons and available options. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where that right applies.
9. Cookies and website technologies
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page usage, Google Fonts to display typefaces and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated activity and spam. Form submissions are sent to forms.goodlyverse.com and use the information entered to manage the inquiry. Loading external resources sends technical connection and browser data to the provider.
Google Analytics uses identifiers and cookies, such as _ga and _ga_<identifier>, to distinguish visitors and sessions and generate statistics. Google states that these cookies have a default duration of two years; their actual duration may vary depending on service settings and browser limits. Information: Google Analytics cookie usage.
Google Fonts supplies font files from Google's servers. Loading them involves a connection to those servers. Information about Google's privacy practices: Google Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile analyzes technical signals to distinguish legitimate interactions from automated activity. Privacy information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. These actions may affect some features and do not, by themselves, prevent all connections to external providers. Where the law requires prior consent for non-essential technologies, that consent must be obtained before they are activated; this notice does not replace it.
