Goodlyverse catalog terms and conditions

Version 1.0 | Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of catalog publications and services between GOODLYVERSE LLC (Goodlyverse), as the service provider to the client, and those purchasing those services, whether individuals or legal entities. They apply both to orders placed through the catalog and to catalog proposals accepted in writing that refer to these terms.

The order confirmation or accepted proposal will identify the media outlet, service, price, currency, deliverables, requirements and agreed timeline. Specific terms accepted in writing will prevail in the event of differences with these general terms, without affecting rights under applicable law.

Contact for inquiries and orders: hablemos@goodlyverse.com.

2. Availability and confirmation

The purchase is subject to the media outlet's availability and acceptance of the content in accordance with its editorial requirements.

Receipt of an order or payment does not mean that the media outlet has approved the content. If the contracted service cannot be provided, Goodlyverse will inform the client and offer the alternatives set out in section 6.

No media outlet will be substituted and no additional amounts will be charged without the client's acceptance.

3. Materials and approval

The client must provide the texts, links, images and other necessary materials unless their preparation has been included in the service purchased.

The client must hold the necessary rights and permissions for the materials supplied. Goodlyverse will communicate the media outlet's requirements or restrictions before authorizing publication.

Substantial changes to approved materials will require the client's written agreement. Where writing services are purchased, the proposal will specify their scope and the revisions included.

4. Publication, timelines and results

Timelines and the conditions for their commencement will be confirmed in writing for each order. Delivery of a publication will be evidenced by its URL.

Link characteristics, section, advertising disclosure and duration of availability will be those expressly agreed for the selected media outlet. Neither indefinite availability nor any characteristic absent from the confirmation is presumed.

Indexing, search rankings, traffic, conversions or sales are not guaranteed unless specifically committed to in writing.

5. Cancellations and client-requested changes

Cancellation requests will be assessed in writing. A refund will be due only when resolution efforts have been exhausted and the inability to perform is due to causes not attributable to the client. A cancellation request does not, by itself, create a right to a refund, without prejudice to rights under applicable law.

Changes involving an update to an article due to a domain change are not considered a correction to the original service and do not give rise to a refund. They will be treated as a new order or publication, with the scope and price communicated for acceptance.

A publication delivered in accordance with the approved content and terms will not qualify for a refund because the client subsequently changes their mind.

6. Rejection by the media outlet or inability to perform

If the media outlet rejects the content or cannot perform, Goodlyverse will pursue resolution efforts and may propose an adaptation or an alternative media outlet. Any alternative will require the client's acceptance.

If no solution is reached after those efforts have been exhausted and the obstacle is not attributable to the client, the client may opt for a refund corresponding to the unperformed portion of the service. Credit for future purchases will not be imposed.

Failure to comply with communicated requirements or changes requested by the client will be assessed under section 5 and the specific terms of the order.

7. Issues after publication

The client may report defects, unavailability or unagreed changes, identifying the order number, URL and issue.

Goodlyverse will coordinate correction or restoration with the media outlet and communicate the expected timeline. If the contracted service cannot be restored, Goodlyverse will propose a replacement accepted by the client or a refund proportionate to the unfulfilled portion.

The client will not be charged for correcting defects attributable to Goodlyverse or the provider.

8. Prices and refunds

The price, currency, taxes and any applicable charges will be communicated before the purchase is confirmed. No additional charges will be added without authorization.

Once eligibility for a refund has been confirmed in writing and the information necessary to execute it has been received, Goodlyverse will process the refund within a maximum of three (3) business days. For these purposes, the expression ‘72 business hours’ means three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

This period refers to processing by Goodlyverse, not to the funds actually being credited. Subsequent processing and crediting times depend on the applications, banks or platforms involved and are outside Goodlyverse's control. Goodlyverse will provide the available transaction receipt or reference, without prejudice to any applicable responsibilities.

The refund will be made exclusively to the same individual or legal entity that made the original payment. If a company paid, the refund recipient must be the same legal entity; if an individual paid, the refund will be made to that same individual. Requests for refunds to other entities or third parties will not be accepted.

The original payment method will be prioritized. If force majeure prevents its use, an alternative method will be agreed in writing, with the same individual or legal entity that made the payment remaining the recipient.

9. Privacy and communications

Order data will be used to manage the purchase, coordinate the service, invoice, collect payment and address issues, in accordance with Goodlyverse's privacy policy.

Approvals, changes, cancellations and agreed solutions must be documented in writing.

These terms are supplemented, for website use and data processing matters, by the Legal notice, website terms and privacy. That notice does not replace the commercial rules in this document. The service characteristics the client may require are those accepted in their order or proposal, together with these terms.

10. Applicable version

Each order will be subject to the version accepted at the time of purchase. Subsequent changes will not retroactively alter orders already accepted.
